About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner directly with Wand's CEO and engage C-level executives
- Own the full deal lifecycle from A to Z
- Support C-level leaders through the transformation process
- Represent Wand at regional executive meetings and key industry events
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy across the Gulf and broader Middle East
- Drive customer acquisition and expansion within priority industries
- Build and grow a strong pipeline of new business
- Partner closely with Wand's Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales
- Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals
- Demonstrated success selling to C-level executives
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments
- Proven success closing large enterprise deals across the Gulf Region and Middle East
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Fluent in English; Hebrew is a strong plus.
