About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner directly with Wand's CEO and engage C-level executives
  • Own the full deal lifecycle from A to Z
  • Support C-level leaders through the transformation process
  • Represent Wand at regional executive meetings and key industry events
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy across the Gulf and broader Middle East
  • Drive customer acquisition and expansion within priority industries
  • Build and grow a strong pipeline of new business
  • Partner closely with Wand's Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals
  • Demonstrated success selling to C-level executives
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments
  • Proven success closing large enterprise deals across the Gulf Region and Middle East
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Fluent in English; Hebrew is a strong plus.
