About the role

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the control panel platform.
  • Translate business goals, user needs, and data insights into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical initiatives to maximize value delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure intuitive, data-rich, and high-performance user experiences.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and design to delivery and iteration.
  • Work closely with data teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze usage patterns to inform product decisions.
  • Ensure alignment between product initiatives and broader business objectives.
  • Partner with engineering to scope technical feasibility, identify dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor product performance and continuously iterate to improve usability, adoption, and impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a product lead or product manager for web applications or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of dashboards, reporting, metrics, and data-driven decision-making tools.
  • Experience translating complex requirements into actionable product features and roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with frontend and full stack technologies, APIs, and data integration concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Experience defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and iterating on product features.
