About the role

  • Develop and own the global marketing strategy across brand, growth, product marketing, and communications.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team; establish processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
  • Drive the full marketing funnel: awareness, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Create and execute scalable demand-generation campaigns across paid, organic, and partner channels.
  • Oversee product marketing: value proposition, messaging, positioning, competitive analysis, and GTM strategy.
  • Lead content strategy across formats: website, blog, social media, email, product content, case studies.
  • Build a strong brand identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase visibility, organic reach, and qualified traffic.
  • Manage PR, media relations, external communications, and strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze marketing performance, generate insights, and refine strategy based on data.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership on joint initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead community-building initiatives, user education programs, and event participation.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or head-of-function position.
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing operations in SaaS, tech, or AI-driven products.
  • Hands-on experience with both brand marketing and data-driven performance campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in GTM strategy, product marketing, and customer segmentation.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and growth frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to set strategy and execute operationally in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with executive leadership.
