Requirements
What you’ll need- You are currently licensed to trade real estate in Alberta
- You are a member of the Calgary Real Estate Board
- You’re actively working in the business (or ready to ramp back up)
- You want stronger positioning, better tools, and meaningful support
- You value culture and professionalism
- You’re growth-oriented and open to smarter ways of doing business
- Strong knowledge of the Calgary real estate market
- Proven ability to generate and close business
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Tech-comfortable and proficient with MLS and CRM systems
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional
- Valid Alberta driver’s license and access to a vehicle
