About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve and surpass monthly quotas in a high velocity sales environment
- Own the End-to-End Sales Cycle: From new lead to actively using our product, guiding the customer and collaborating with our onboarding and risk teams to deliver a seamless launch of our product to clients
- Become an expert on our product and the industry so you can advise our clients and develop high trust
- You will always being looking to more deeply understand every client and see challenges as an opportunity to grow
- Daily look to grow by reading, listening to podcasts, learning from your peers and teammates, and looking for ways to constantly improve how we get things done

Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous SMB sales experience, ideally within payroll software or SaaS.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- An ability to sell on value vs features and functions
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
