About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop strong, original creative concepts for campaigns for major clients;
- Create taglines, manifestos, scripts (film, radio, digital) and campaign assets;
- Work in tandem with an art director and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;
- Ensure consistency of language and concept across all touchpoints;
- Actively participate in brainstorms and strategic processes;
- Translate briefs into relevant, executable ideas;
- Support the Always On team when necessary, maintaining creative quality even on more tactical requests;
- Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients;
- Ability to follow productions, ensuring the quality of the final deliverable.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in advertising agencies, with a track record on large-scale campaigns;
- Solid portfolio with cases that demonstrate creative thinking and strategic consistency;
- Have references and creative judgment to generate ideas and contribute to the development of less-experienced professionals;
- Ability to move between institutional/corporate campaigns and performance/Always On demands;
- Collaborative profile, with ease working in a team;
- Organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Differentials:
- Experience with global or regional campaigns;
- English and/or Spanish (especially for global projects).
