About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop online and offline media plans with a focus on performance and branding;
- Lead OOH media negotiations, considering inventory, ad formats, markets/locations and opportunities;
- Participate in planning product launches and 360° campaigns;
- Conduct market, competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities;
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic platforms and others;
- Support the preparation of insertion orders (P.I.) and billing control;
- Monitor budgets and propose optimizations;
- Work collaboratively with creative, content, BI and account teams;
- Present results, learnings and recommendations to clients;
- Analyze data, generate insights and contribute to more strategic decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in online and offline media;
- Experience with performance and branding campaigns;
- Familiarity with platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok and programmatic buying;
- Experience negotiating OOH media;
- Strong analytical skills, proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard interpretation;
- Knowledge of performance KPIs and the full marketing funnel;
- Good communication skills and the ability to build data-driven narratives;
- Strategic, collaborative profile with a strong business orientation.
