- Maintain claims standards while supporting business strategy initiatives
- Adjust Cargo claims of assigned severity
- Provide support to internal/external stakeholders
- Manage complex Cargo claims
- Provide quality customer service and communication
- Analyze and interpret policy language for coverage decisions
- Establish and maintain loss and expense reserves
- Develop effective resolution plans for customer satisfaction
- Inform Underwriting Department of discovered risk hazards
- Continuously seek improvements in claims processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial P&C insurance
- Commercial Cargo claims expertise
- Ability to handle significant coverage matters
- Must secure/maintain all necessary state adjuster licenses and CE credits
- Must be independent and resourceful
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
