About the role

  • Take over projects after site securing and further develop them in a structured manner from Ready-to-Build (RTB) to Final Investment Decision (FID)
  • Manage and coordinate permitting and planning processes in close collaboration with internal specialist departments as well as external consultants and partners
  • Be responsible for the project's economic and scheduling foundations, including creating, maintaining and validating financial models, project schedules and risk assessments
  • Ensure a robust project readiness level (RTB)
  • Prepare, structure and evaluate contractor/trade bids — both economically and technically
  • Prepare decision-ready documentation for management and investors and ensure a structured handover of projects to Construction Management

Requirements

  • University degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Real Estate Management
  • Solid understanding of legal, technical and economic interrelationships
  • Willingness to undertake occasional, well-planned business trips within Germany
  • Valid Class B driving license
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus
