About the role
- Conduct sustainability and energy analyses and simulations based on digital building models (.ifc)
- Perform technical review and plausibility checks of results
- Prepare results in clear, structured reports
- Contribute to the standardization and incremental automation of processes
- Collaborate with the founding and tech teams
- Part of the work is methodological, structured, and repeatable; another part is analytical and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental or Energy Engineering, or a related technical field
- Understanding of digital building models and data-driven analyses
- Interest in process improvement and automation
- Interest in sustainability, energy efficiency, and technical calculations
- Organized, independent, and reliable working style
- Fluent in German and English
- Bonus: Experience with sustainability or energy analyses
- Experience with simulations
- Knowledge of standards or calculation methods
