About the role

  • Conduct sustainability and energy analyses and simulations based on digital building models (.ifc)
  • Perform technical review and plausibility checks of results
  • Prepare results in clear, structured reports
  • Contribute to the standardization and incremental automation of processes

Requirements

  • Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental or Energy Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Understanding of digital building models and data-driven analyses
  • Interest in process improvement and automation
  • Interest in sustainability, energy efficiency, and technical calculations
  • Organized, independent, and reliable working style
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Bonus: Experience with sustainability or energy analyses
  • Experience with simulations
  • Knowledge of standards or calculation methods
