Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
Evaluate existing business processes and recommend system improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and implement system solutions.
Perform system testing, validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain documentation for business processes, system configurations, and user guidelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with business goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst or similar role.
Basic understanding of SDLC, business process mapping, and requirement gathering techniques.
Familiarity with databases, SQL, and system integration concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
