Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
Develop and support applications using .NET technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, and Web APIs.
Assist in debugging, testing, and maintenance of .NET-based applications to ensure smooth functionality.
Ensure data integrity, system security, and maintain proper documentation for all processes and configurations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience as an IT System Analyst or similar role.
Basic knowledge of system analysis, SDLC, and business process mapping.
Familiarity with .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and web application development.
Basic understanding of databases, SQL, and system integration concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
