About the role
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical system specifications.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
- Develop and support applications using .NET technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, and Web APIs.
- Assist in debugging, testing, and maintenance of .NET-based applications to ensure smooth functionality.
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and maintain proper documentation for all processes and configurations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as an IT System Analyst or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of system analysis, SDLC, and business process mapping.
- Familiarity with .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and web application development.
- Basic understanding of databases, SQL, and system integration concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
