About the role
- Lead product strategy and roadmap for Chatly, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to define, track, and optimise KPIs and success metrics.
- Leverage data analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.) to generate insights that inform product decisions and enhance user engagement.
- Monitor product performance and user behaviour trends to identify opportunities for optimisation, retention, and growth.
- Build and analyse user experience and marketing funnels, defining and measuring conversion metrics at each stage.
- Drive experimentation through A/B tests and data-led iterations to validate hypotheses and refine strategies.
- Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalability for analytics.
- Conduct market and user research to stay ahead of emerging trends and maintain a competitive edge.
- Communicate insights, progress, and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders through structured reporting and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics, or a similar data-driven product role.
- Proven experience in defining and executing product strategy for high-growth consumer apps (AI, chat, or tech preferred).
- Strong command of tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, Firebase, and Excel for data analysis and visualisation.
- Deep understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and user behaviour modelling.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of translating data into measurable impact.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, comfortable aligning teams around shared goals.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating closely with technical teams.
- A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation, creativity, and AI-driven products.
