About the role
- Identify and reach out to influencers across social platforms aligned with our brand and goals
- Onboard influencers and guide them through campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain communication with influencers to ensure smooth collaboration and performance tracking
- Assist in drafting briefs, managing creator deliverables, and maintaining an internal tracker
- Build strong relationships with creators to foster long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure creator content aligns with brand goals
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with major social platforms and creator trends
- Negotiation or sales experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
