About the role
- Participate in delivery projects (implementations, proofs of concept, and proofs of value), potentially abroad and for extended periods
- Proactively respond to production incidents
- Monitor the analytical performance of Vyntra's FinCrime solution for deployed clients
- Contribute to R&D initiatives to improve analytical performance for key clients
- Stay up to date with recent advances in AI/ML, as well as developments in fraud, financial crime, and AML domains
- Analyze requests from professional services consultants and R&D engineers and provide appropriate support
- Provide training and mentoring to professional services consultants and R&D engineers on existing analytical tools
- Identify, design, and implement analytical approaches, algorithms, and machine learning or predictive models to solve business problems
Requirements
- MSc in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Entry-level position - no prior professional experience required
- Experience developing production-ready code to prototype and build innovative solutions is a plus
- Experience in the banking sector is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Python and its data science libraries
- Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., Git) is a plus
- Highly proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
