About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enter and update campaign strategy information for clients, labels, and artists
Handle all data entry tasks as directed by the Vice President of Label Services
Maintain credentials required for DSP backend pitching
Draft email communications to streaming partners
Prepare weekly marketing reports
Assist with ad-hoc data entry projects and analysis
Document action items during team meetings
Review key data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness
Maintain confidentiality and security of company information

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma required
Some college coursework preferred
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Music industry experience is a plus
