Key responsibilities & impact

Field Information Management - Customer Excellence
Develop and maintain tools for warranty analysis and field complaint investigations
Generate management reports, analyze statistical data, and manage targets for field indicators and quality surveys
Perform reliability analyses to forecast repair volumes and warranty costs
Follow up and mediate meetings to develop and implement corrective actions
Conduct advanced data analyses

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Big Data and Data Analysis, Systems Analysis and Development, IT, or related fields
Experience in Project and Process Management
Experience in business areas with a customer-centric focus
Experience with Power BI and data analysis
Advanced English for working with headquarters
Excellent data analysis skills and critical thinking
Emotional intelligence
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
Proactivity
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
