About the role
- Map, plan, implement and execute development programs for operational and administrative areas;
- Monitor training metrics, using Artificial Intelligence tools for data analysis;
- Identify trends and propose new strategic KPIs;
- Conduct competency mapping and direct development actions aligned with business needs and market practices;
- Assess the effectiveness of implemented initiatives;
- Evaluate which tools are necessary for employee development and provide support to HRBPs;
- Manage the training budget and maintain account balances;
- Participate in strategic projects;
- Lead entry-level programs (trainees and interns).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields
- Previous experience in training and organizational development or strategic HR areas
- Knowledge of assessment methodologies, competency management, and implementation of training programs at all levels
- Analytical ability to interpret indicators and metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on and proactive attitude
- Broad strategic vision to understand business and people needs
