About the role
- Develop and stimulate the Dealers' after-sales business
- Ensure increased market share for Parts and Accessories
- Ensure customer loyalty to genuine/original components
- Strive for excellence in training and provision of necessary resources
- Pursue the achievement of commercial objectives and the Customer Satisfaction Index established for the region of operation
Requirements
- Ensure achievement of targets for Parts & Accessories, CSS and Repetitive Repair at satellite locations
- Ensure maintenance of after-sales processes and programs at Dealers
- Promote and monitor improvements in training metrics for after-sales teams across the Dealer Network
- Monitor and advise Dealers regarding profitability metrics of the after-sales department
- Verify presence and ensure correct use and preservation of tools, equipment, technical literature and checklists within the workshop
- Role based in Brasília, covering Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul and nearby locations
- Availability for frequent travel
- Valid driver's license (Brazilian CNH)
