About the role
- Consolidate, analyze and report legal indicators (litigation, contracts and advisory).
- Perform the monthly closing of provisions for judicial and administrative proceedings with appropriate entries for additions, reversals, payments and interest.
- Prepare and present dashboards and strategic reports to the board and other departments.
- Reconcile payments and monitor cash flow for legal impacts.
- Support the preparation of materials for strategic meetings and committees.
- Ensure compliance with the company's internal policies and regulations.
- Liaise with finance, accounting and controllership to align data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
- Specialization or additional courses in Legal Management, Legal Controllership or Legal Operations preferred;
- Advanced English;
- Familiarity with legal digital transformation and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile);
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive presentations;
- Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Python or similar);
- Knowledge of legal provisions and their impact on financial results (CPC 25);
- Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and legal metrics;
- Basic accounting and cash flow knowledge;
- Experience with legal management systems such as ELAW and financial systems like SAP.
