Requirements

What you’ll need

3–4+ years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience
Strong digital design portfolio (must showcase pharma/HCP or patient work)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma a must)
Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices
Experience working within MLR/regulatory review processes
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting
Nice to Have: Experience with motion/animation (After Effects)
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
Exposure to CRM/email platforms or modular content systems
