- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality software
- Support testing and validate that solutions work as intended
- Suggest improvements to processes and contribute to user documentation
- Support the development process from concept to delivery to meet business goals and customer expectations
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst, QA or similar role
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Great communication skills with both technical and non-technical people
- Fluency in English - written and spoken
- Nice to have: Knowledge of financial services
- Nice to have: Familiarity with YAML, Postman, Figma, Wireframing (Balsamiq), XML
- Nice to have: Jira and Confluence
