About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client’s global presence
- Define design strategies and lead the creation of cohesive, human centered experiences
- Craft user experiences alongside key product stakeholders
- Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts
- Develop visually appealing and brand consistent designs
- Work closely with cross functional teams including developers, project managers, and product managers
- Implement enterprise level design systems in all solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a UX Director or senior level UX practitioner with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- 8+ years leading UI and UX design for enterprise scale digital platforms
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, primarily Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and human centered design
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards WCAG and best practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills
- Experience working with design systems
- Strict brand guidelines and UX best practices knowledge
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of design pattern trends and best practices
- Innovative and collaborative mindset, adaptable to fast paced, ever evolving creative environments
