About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the smooth operation of customers' SAP HCM solutions, including payroll
Project work in the HCM environment, including implementations, migrations and release upgrades
Provide support to our existing customers for their SAP HCM applications through support activities
Analyze and revise processes in close collaboration with the respective business units

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years' experience in SAP HCM consulting
Expertise in the PA, PY and/or other HCM modules
Solid business knowledge within the SAP HCM system
Comprehensive customizing/configuration experience
Strong consulting skills and high commitment
Experience in project and subproject management is an advantage
Team-oriented, motivated, and able to work independently in a structured manner
