About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the smooth operation of customers' SAP HCM solutions, including payroll
- Project work in the HCM environment, including implementations, migrations and release upgrades
- Provide support to our existing customers for their SAP HCM applications through support activities
- Analyze and revise processes in close collaboration with the respective business units
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years' experience in SAP HCM consulting
- Expertise in the PA, PY and/or other HCM modules
- Solid business knowledge within the SAP HCM system
- Comprehensive customizing/configuration experience
- Strong consulting skills and high commitment
- Experience in project and subproject management is an advantage
- Team-oriented, motivated, and able to work independently in a structured manner
