About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the smooth operation of clients' SAP HCM solutions, including payroll
- Project work in the HCM area, including implementations, migrations and release upgrades
- Provide support to existing clients for their SAP HCM applications through support activities
- Analyze and revise processes in close cooperation with the relevant business units
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years' experience in SAP HCM consulting
- Expertise in modules PA (Personnel Administration), PY (Payroll) and/or other HCM modules
- Strong business knowledge of SAP HCM systems
- Strong consulting skills and a high level of commitment
- Experience in project and subproject management is an advantage
- Team-oriented, motivated, and able to work independently in a structured manner
