About the role
- Assess legislative changes (tax and social security law) and derive concrete functional requirements
- Create and execute functional test cases
- Perform compliance and quality tests, including structured documentation
- Conduct risk assessments for legislative changes and define appropriate quality assurance measures
- Support release and approval processes (e.g., ITSG reviews)
- Liaise with industry associations and working groups
Requirements
- Several years of experience in payroll
- Strong knowledge of tax and social security law as well as payroll reporting requirements
- Confident in interpreting statutory regulations
- Analytical, structured working style and a strong focus on quality
- Enjoys professional exchange and cross-functional collaboration
- Nice to have: Experience testing payroll systems or working in project environments
- Basic technical understanding of software processes
