About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Point of contact for existing customers in Western Germany within the social and healthcare sectors
- Responsible for acquiring new contracts, conducting negotiations and closing agreements
- Delivering presentations
- Participating in trade shows and customer events
- Internal and external contact person for specialist queries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in the social services sector, through education or professional experience
- Proven success in account management/retention sales, ideally in the area of software solutions
- Confidence and composure in negotiations and customer relationships
- Understanding of customer needs to provide tailored solutions
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability and rhetorical flair
- Strong IT affinity and a service-oriented mindset
