About the role
- You operate and administer our customers' existing client and IT/data center infrastructure — reliably, in a structured way, and with a focus on stability.
- You take care of Windows client and server operating systems and Microsoft applications such as Exchange, SQL, file and print services, and much more.
- Whether expansions, upgrades or migrations — you actively contribute to projects.
- With a vigilant eye on our IT, you ensure outages have no chance.
- Microsoft 365 also lands on your desk from time to time — variety guaranteed.
Requirements
- Vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or comparable experience.
- Solid Microsoft knowledge (Windows clients & servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, etc.).
- Willingness to dive into areas such as storage, virtualization, backup, or networking — or existing experience in these areas.
- A curiosity for tinkering, openness to new things, and the mindset that mistakes are a chance to learn.
