About the role
- Provide functional and disciplinary leadership for the payroll team in Langen, and handle organizational responsibilities at the site
- Work closely with other team leads and managers to plan resources, coordinate tasks, and share knowledge across teams
- Develop and support your employees through regular meetings and individual feedback
Requirements
- Several years of experience in leading teams
- Very good knowledge of payroll processing, including tax and social security law
- Solid experience with a common payroll system (ideally PROVIA)
- Strong communication and advisory skills in dealing with employees and clients
