About the role
- You operate and administer customers' existing IT and data center infrastructure — reliably, methodically and with a focus on stability
- You manage Windows Server operating systems and Microsoft applications such as Exchange, SQL Server, File and Print Services, and more
- Whether it's expansions, upgrades or migrations — you actively contribute to projects and roll up your sleeves
- With a keen eye on our IT landscape, you ensure high availability and minimize downtime
- Microsoft 365 also occasionally lands on your desk — variety guaranteed
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or equivalent experience
- Solid Microsoft knowledge (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, etc.)
- Willingness to work on topics like storage, virtualization, backup or networking — or ideally existing knowledge in these areas
- Enjoys troubleshooting, is open to new technologies and has a learning mindset: mistakes are opportunities to learn
