About the role

  • As a Test Manager/Engineer, you will develop and establish a modern test strategy.
  • Build test architectures and automated test frameworks, ensuring quality is embedded in the development process from the start.
  • Work closely with business units and development teams and actively shape the company’s testing culture.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute testing activities, including end-to-end tests.
  • Analyze and report test results and derive measures to improve quality.
  • Coordinate closely with business units and development teams and provide consulting on testing methodologies and tools.

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on experience in test automation, ideally with multiple of the tools listed.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab CI/CD.
  • Experience in agile development environments, especially Scrum.
  • Analytical thinking, a structured working style, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Optional: ISTQB certification.
