About the role
- Take responsibility for the business strategy, including the strategy process, project portfolio management, and management of our corporate portfolio
- With your team, coordinate cross-departmental strategy projects and ensure alignment between divisional and overall company strategy
- Advise business units and executive management, and prepare strategic materials for the Management Board, Supervisory Board, and external stakeholders
- Build a strong network with relevant stakeholders and contribute to positioning strategies within the cooperative financial group
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role, for example gained at a strategy consulting firm
- Excellent knowledge of project and project portfolio management, demonstrated through leading larger projects
- Proven extensive experience in strategy development
