About the role

  • As an Insurance Consultant (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping our insurance and pension business.
  • You analyze the individual risks and needs of our clients and create tailored insurance solutions — including processing, documentation and follow-up support.
  • Our clients can confidently turn to you as their first point of contact in the event of a claim.
  • You work closely with our private customer advisory team and enable your colleagues to provide independent retirement and pension advice.
  • To meet the needs of existing and prospective clients, you use targeted approaches and referrals and contribute to the long-term development of our sales concepts.

Requirements

  • Team player rather than lone operator
  • You have completed vocational training as an insurance clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification.
  • Career changers are welcome: if you have worked in other fields but are interested in a career in insurance and eager to learn, we will provide the necessary support and training.
  • Ideally, you already have professional experience in the insurance sector.
