About the role
- Functional and organizational leadership of the reporting departments
- Monitoring and development of processes in market follow-up (asset side), receivables management and the Market Service Center
- Responsibility for implementing and monitoring uniform quality and service standards
- Organization and management of administrative procedures
- Development of digital solutions and processes
- Project leadership and project support
- Initiation and leadership of strategic special tasks and projects for sustainable development
Requirements
- Degree in economics/business administration or law, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a banking institution
- Solid expertise in quality assurance, governance, market follow-up or risk management
- Sound knowledge of banking operations, regulatory frameworks and supervisory requirements
- Structured and analytical thinking and judgment
- Experience in managing complex projects and in strategic and operational management
