About the role

  • Greeting customers and recording their requests: You are the first point of contact for customers, record their wishes and forward requests for further processing.
  • Offering service solutions: You offer customers a variety of service options and reliably handle different forms of payment transactions.
  • Handling basic customer inquiries: You answer customers' simple questions and process their orders quickly and accurately.
  • Escalating complex issues: You forward more complex customer matters to the responsible departments or specialists for further handling.
  • Supporting service advisors: You assist service advisors with their casework and help ensure smooth workflows.

Requirements

  • Team player rather than a lone operator
  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or training as a bank clerk (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, initial professional experience
  • Strong professional competence
  • Valid proof of required continuing education under the EU Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD)
  • Service-oriented
  • Class B driving license required.
