About the role
- Lead the Quality Assurance and Governance division
- Provide functional and organizational leadership for the subordinate departments
- Oversee and develop processes in the areas of Market Operations (asset-side), Receivables/Collections Management team and Market Service Center team
- Implement and monitor uniform quality and service standards
- Responsible for Market Operations (liabilities/passive side) and bank organization in accordance with MaRisk (Minimum Requirements for Risk Management)
- Organize and manage administrative processes
- Develop digital solutions and processes
- Initiate and lead strategic special assignments and projects
Requirements
- University degree in economics/business administration or law, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a banking institution
- Solid expertise in quality assurance, governance, market operations or risk management
- Knowledge of banking processes, regulatory frameworks and supervisory requirements
- Structured and analytical thinking and judgment
- Experience managing complex projects and in strategic and operational management
