Financial Planning and Analysis

• In the area of risk controlling: Assist in preparing reporting (in particular the quarterly consolidated risk and credit risk report) under MaRisk for the Management Board and committees, in close cooperation with management.
• Assist in conducting the consolidated risk and operational risk inventory / the operational risk process with particular attention to any ESG risks.
• Assist in preparing the risk strategy and the risk manual.
• Contribute to developing MaRisk-compliant overall bank management.
• In the area of controlling: Assist in determining the risk-bearing capacity (RTF), including the definition of all necessary limits and the ongoing monitoring of their compliance, as well as escalation in the event of limit breaches.
• Support the planning process.
• Support the preparation of cost and revenue calculations.
• Support the optimization of the data inventory for quality assurance and quality improvement.
• In the area of development: Participate in and/or independently lead projects.
• Further develop all risk controlling processes, taking into account any changes or additions to legal and regulatory requirements.
