About the role
- Ensure high availability, performance and security of services, even during high-traffic periods
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, automation and infrastructure as code
- Deploy, operate and scale containerized workloads (Kubernetes or similar)
- Implement monitoring, logging and alerting to provide teams with actionable insights
- Collaborate with domain teams to reduce delivery friction and enable self-service
- Advocate for shared ownership, excellent developer experience and continuous improvement
- Participate in on-call rotations for incident management.
Requirements
- Strong experience with cloud and on-premises infrastructure, CI/CD, automation and containerization
- Solid understanding of system reliability, performance, security and scalability
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and commitment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Product- and platform-oriented: able to balance technical excellence with business impact.
