About the role

  • Ensure high availability, performance and security of services, even during high-traffic periods
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, automation and infrastructure as code
  • Deploy, operate and scale containerized workloads (Kubernetes or similar)
  • Implement monitoring, logging and alerting to provide teams with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with domain teams to reduce delivery friction and enable self-service
  • Advocate for shared ownership, excellent developer experience and continuous improvement
  • Participate in on-call rotations for incident management.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with cloud and on-premises infrastructure, CI/CD, automation and containerization
  • Solid understanding of system reliability, performance, security and scalability
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and commitment
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
  • Product- and platform-oriented: able to balance technical excellence with business impact.
