About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and grow your Mallorca hotel portfolio: boutique properties, beach resorts, luxury brands across Mallorca and the wider archipelago
  • Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to hit revenue targets
  • Be the face of Voyage Privé: pitch, onboard and build lasting relationships with new hotel partners
  • Work closely with our internal teams (Marketing, Content, Revenue) to maximize campaign performance
  • Monitor market trends and competitors in the Balearic hospitality landscape to stay ahead of the curve
  • Travel regularly to the islands to meet partners on the ground

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker, essential to manage relationships with local hotel partners (Catalan/Mallorquí a plus)
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, hospitality procurement, DMC, OTA…
  • Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers
  • Market knowledge and existing contacts with key players in the Balearic hospitality industry
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
  • Data-driven, structured, and focused on continuous improvement
