Key responsibilities & impact- Own the technical performance and reliability of booking and payment flows, directly impacting conversion and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to roadmap prioritization by balancing business value and operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and regulators.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience in e-commerce environments with a strong understanding of booking and payment processes
- Strong experience with API-based architectures
- Ability to operate in revenue-critical, high-reliability environments
- Understanding of emerging engineering standards and principles
