About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the data agenda within your domain to inform business decisions, uncover hidden opportunities, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, and the Data Platform team to ensure scalable, consistent, and actionable analytics.
- Analyze and optimize domain-specific processes, dashboards, and metrics for continuous improvement and clarity.
- Ensure high quality and operational excellence across data models, semantic layers, and analytics delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities for advanced analytics, domain-specific algorithms, and data-driven innovations.
- Promote a culture of data literacy and data-driven decision-making within the domain.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience of 5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or strategy
- Solid understanding of SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase), and data modeling concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities; able to translate strategic goals into actionable insights
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Data-driven, structured, and continuously seeking improvements
- Fluent in English and French.
