About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with hotels across Thaïland to meet revenue targets and grow our portfolio
Collaborate with internal teams (including Marketing and Content) to optimize campaign performance
Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong hotel partnerships through regular meetings and calls
Expand our network of partners by pitching and onboarding new hotels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven 5 years' experience in contracting in Tour Operating / DMC / Hospitality / Beb Banks in Thailand
Excellent negotiation skills , ease in dealing with suppliers, and analytical abilities
Knowledge of the market and contacts with key players in the Thai market
Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
Data-driven, structured, and always looking for ways to improve
Enjoy working in the field, with frequent travel in Thailand to be expected
Fluent in English - French is a plus.
