Technical Support Analyst
Voxcity TecnologiaTechnical Support Analyst providing first-level assistance to internal and external clients. Responsible for issue tracking, user communication, and basic IP Telephony support services.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide first-level support to internal and external clients;
- Open, follow up and resolve service tickets;
- Escalate requests to the responsible teams and monitor their resolution;
- Record and update information in ticketing/service systems;
- Provide basic support for IP Telephony, Mobile Telephony, Chatbots, Access Control, connectivity and other company solutions;
- Monitor and track service SLAs;
- Maintain clear and effective communication with users and internal teams;
- Assist in incident resolution and ensure service continuity;
- Support the organization of departmental processes and routines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical education or ongoing/completed higher education in Information Technology, Networks, Telecommunications, Information Systems or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of technical support and customer service;
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident tracking;
- Basic knowledge of networks, connectivity and operating systems;
- Desirable knowledge of IP Telephony, Mobile Telephony, Chatbots and access control solutions;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities;
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
