About the role

  • Schedule implementations in municipalities directly with the client;
  • Lead implementation meetings with the departments involved in the process;
  • Configure entities, agencies, document templates, risk classifications, and users in SIGFÁCIL;
  • Deliver training sessions on SIGFÁCIL;
  • Perform data cleansing of the database;
  • Prepare implementation progress reports;
  • Analyze and implement low- and medium-risk workflows;
  • Carry out system implementations in the state's municipalities according to the planned schedule, either on-site or remotely.

Requirements

  • Schedule implementations in municipalities directly with the client;
  • Experience in implementing computerized systems (preferred);
  • Knowledge of processes related to SIGFÁCIL (preferred);
  • Availability to travel;
  • Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH) — Category B;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
  • Basic knowledge of databases (desirable);
  • Basic knowledge of Jenkins (preferred).
