About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Schedule implementations in municipalities directly with the client;
Lead implementation meetings with the departments involved in the process;
Configure entities, agencies, document templates, risk classifications, and users in SIGFÁCIL;
Deliver training sessions on SIGFÁCIL;
Perform data cleansing of the database;
Prepare implementation progress reports;
Analyze and implement low- and medium-risk workflows;
Carry out system implementations in the state's municipalities according to the planned schedule, either on-site or remotely.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Schedule implementations in municipalities directly with the client;
Experience in implementing computerized systems (preferred);
Knowledge of processes related to SIGFÁCIL (preferred);
Availability to travel;
Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH) — Category B;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
Basic knowledge of databases (desirable);
Basic knowledge of Jenkins (preferred).
