About the role

  • Elicit, document and validate functional and non-functional requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including requirement specifications, flow diagrams, data modeling and use cases.
  • Actively participate in planning and review ceremonies, ensuring understanding and validation of requirements throughout the development cycle.
  • Create screen prototypes and define system behavior.
  • Translate client and business needs into clear, well-defined user stories.
  • Serve as a bridge between business areas and the technical team, ensuring requirements are correctly understood.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, acceptance documents and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans for the client, ensuring their sign-off.
  • Work closely with the product owner, coordinators and developers to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support the QA team in defining test scenarios based on the gathered requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to project scope, proposing solutions for business challenges.
  • Clarify business rule questions for other members of the analysis team.
  • Create periodic updates about system changes and evolutions for stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure requirements reflect the best user experience.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Support sprint testing when necessary.
  • Assist in creating questionnaires and surveys to gather user needs.
