Lead Customer Success Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You work closely with Product and Engineering and translate raw customer feedback into clear inputs for what we should build next
- You monitor usage through our internal AI agent, detect issues early, and proactively reach out to customers before they need to get in touch
- You turn satisfied customers into our growth engine – through case studies and referrals
- You help define what Customer Success looks like as we scale: playbooks, processes, hiring
- You identify expansion potential – adjacent use cases, departments, and workflows where we are not yet present
