Ensure stable operation of the server infrastructure
Support the team in Microsoft and virtualization environments
Build and configure new virtualized server environments and optimize existing ones
Drive further development in automation, security, compliance and standardization
Automate complex workflows using scripting or programming languages
Troubleshooting, monitoring and documentation
Serve as the interface to Linux and network operations

Deep hands-on technical experience with Windows Server operating systems, setup + Group Policy, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS, clustering
Strong technical virtualization knowledge (VMware)
Solid practical experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and backup & recovery solutions (Veeam)
Knowledge of MSSQL, Checkmk, Graylog, Grafana
PowerShell and Python
Basic networking knowledge
Proactive attitude and analytical skills
Team-oriented working style
Confident, professional communication in German (C-level); German for project documentation
