Ensure stable operation of the server environment
Support the team in Microsoft and virtualization environments
Build and configure new virtualized server environments and optimize existing ones
Drive further development in automation, security, compliance, and standardization
Automate complex workflows using scripting or programming languages
Troubleshooting, monitoring, and documentation
Serve as the interface to Linux and network operations

Deep hands-on technical experience with Windows Server operating systems, setup and Group Policy, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS, clustering
Strong technical virtualization knowledge (VMware)
Solid practical experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
Backup and recovery solutions (Veeam)
Knowledge of MSSQL, Checkmk, Graylog, Grafana
PowerShell and Python
Basic networking knowledge
Strong commitment and analytical skills
Team-oriented working style
Confident, professional communication
German (C-level) — language for project documentation
