About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, source, negotiate, and execute strategic real estate opportunities that support Voltera's long-term growth and expansion of its EV charging network.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to develop and execute the company's real estate acquisition strategy.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments to evaluate the operational, technical, and financial viability of prospective charging locations.
- Manage the top of the acquisition pipeline, including site screening, market analysis, financial evaluation, and documentation of new opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations with property owners, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable site agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key real estate owners, developers, and strategic partners to identify and advance portfolio development opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to complete site due diligence, ensuring projects meet development, operational, and financial requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, retail site selection, infrastructure development, or a related field.
- A self-starter with a high level of drive, resilience, and persistence, who thrives in a results-oriented environment.
- Excels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and enjoys tackling complex challenges.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and a process-oriented approach to work.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing priorities, and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region and occasionally to other regions as business needs require.
- Must be located in one of the cities listed in the job posting.
