About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy across marketing channels, including blog, landing pages, emails, push notifications, UX content, FAQs, social media, and sales-focused materials.
- Support content localization: adapt and localize existing content for different markets, following localization guidelines and working with keyword and market insights provided by the team.
- Bring creative angles, hooks, and fresh copy ideas to campaigns, launches, and everyday content tasks.
- Update, edit, and improve existing content based on feedback, performance insights, SEO recommendations, and product changes.
- Monitor how your own content performs, understand the key metrics behind it, and use those insights to improve future work.
- Research and quickly learn new topics by following industry trends, competitors, customer needs, and testing the product hands-on.
- Support senior team members on larger content projects and launches – from gathering context to executing content across multiple channels on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, SEO, design, and customer-facing teams, to ensure accurate and consistent messaging.
- Use AI tools in daily work to speed up research, ideation, and drafting without compromising quality or brand voice.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in copywriting, content marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent English and Lithuanian writing and editing skills, with a strong feel for tone, audience, and conversion-focused messaging.
- Ability to write across different formats and channels, including blog, landing pages, emails, UX content, FAQs, social media, push notifications, and sales-focused materials.
- Creativity: able to generate fresh angles, hooks, and copy ideas rather than only executing templates.
- Basic understanding of SEO and search intent, and willingness to deepen it (keyword-informed writing, on-page optimization).
- Strong research skills and curiosity to quickly understand new topics, competitors, customers, and product features.
- Proactive in gathering context: asks good questions and moves tasks forward without waiting for fully prepared briefs.
- Data awareness: able to look at content performance metrics, understand what they mean, and apply learnings to future work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and reliably deliver within sprints.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, ideation, and drafting.
